retire at the age of 45 and that the officer should have the reci rocal right to retire at that age if he so

Consideration and no decision bout it has yet been ta 1. A further point in his letter which appears to be "dite at variance with the fact is the statement that under the Salaries Commission Report his police service in Hong Kong prior to 1st January, 1947 is not recognisec. On both of these points the observations of the Governor of Hong Kong ere being sought end I will write to you ag-in then they are received.
